ASAP Storage About Us Diversified Concepts, LLC was founded in 1986 to acquire, develop and consult on real estate transactions throughout the United States.
Since 1986 Diversified Concepts has focused its attention on real estate developments predominately in the Dallas, St. Louis, Northeast Kansas, and Southwest Florida metropolitan areas.
After 18 years of real estate development Diversified Concepts has been involved in over $100 million of development in seven different states. These developments include self-storage facilities, housing subdivisions, warehouse, office, and retail space. The President of Diversified Concepts; Jes Santaularia has owned, developed, or managed over 35 self-storage facilities. Jes has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, business management and consultation, financial operation and control, investment planning, feasibility studies, and marketing. Jes has been responsible for acquisition of ground, rezoning and land use provision, site engineering, construction management and property management. Other responsibilities include preparation of budgets, analysis of financial statements and tax returns, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and constant communication with all partners.
It is the intention of Diversified Concepts, LLC to use its knowledge of the real estate market to continue to expand its development and management operations predominantly in northeast Kansas and southwest Florida when sound investment opportunities arise.
